Eating for the gym shouldn't be this hard
You know protein matters. The hard part is eating enough of it, every day, from food you actually enjoy and can trust is halal.
Bland, repetitive meals
Plain chicken and rice gets old fast, and that's usually when the takeaway menu comes back out.
Plans that are too complicated
Long ingredient lists, specialist products and hours of prep don't fit into a normal week.
Second-guessing labels
Whey, cheese, gelatine and stock cubes can hide non-halal ingredients. You shouldn't have to research every recipe.
What you'll cook
Breakfasts, takeaway favourites, batch cooks and a dessert. Every main meal is under 600 calories per serving.

No magic foods. Just better meals.
No single food burns fat or builds muscle. Your results come from the bigger picture:
Calories
Eat slightly below what you burn to lose fat.
Protein
Enough of it to build and protect muscle.
Training
Resistance training gives your muscles a reason to grow.
Recovery
Sleep is when your body adapts to the work.
Consistency
Week after week, not perfection for a few days.
Lean & Halal doesn't replace any of that. It makes the eating part easier, with high-protein meals you'll actually want to cook again.

Questions
What do I get?
A 26-page PDF recipe book with 10 high-protein halal recipes. Each one has a full-page photo, nutrition per serving, exact ingredient quantities, short numbered steps and a gym or meal prep tip.
How do I receive it?
It's a digital download, sent to you straight after checkout. Nothing is posted.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. It was designed for phones first, with large text and one idea per page. It also works on a tablet or computer, and you can print it if you prefer paper.
Are all the recipes halal?
Yes. All meat and poultry is specified as halal, and there is no pork, alcohol, gelatine or anything pork-derived. The book also shows you which everyday products to check the label on.
I'm not a confident cook. Is it too hard?
No. Every recipe uses everyday supermarket ingredients and four to six short steps. If you can boil rice and use a frying pan, you can cook everything in the book.
Will these recipes make me lose weight?
No recipe can promise that on its own. Fat loss and muscle gain depend on your overall calories, protein, training, recovery and consistency.
These meals make the eating part easier, because they're high in protein, filling and calorie-conscious.
How accurate are the nutrition figures?
They're sensible estimates based on the listed ingredients. Exact numbers will vary a little by brand and portion size.
